Dr. V. M. Zala Clinical Complex (TVCC)

Dr. V. M. Zala , the founder Principal of Veterinary College, Sardarkrushinagar conceived the idea of polyclinic in urban area to cater the academic requirements of veterinary graduates apart from promt health services to the sick animals of needy farmers. It was established during the 7th Five Year Plan and finally came in existence as plan project on 3.82 hectare land. The hospital is located at Deesa which is a taluka place of Banaskantha district. It is about 30 Kms away from the district head quarter and hardly 20 Kms from the main campus of university.

The infrastructure facilities of hospital were furher strengthened under RKVY Plan during the year 2008 to 2010 with a budgetary amount of Rs 426.07 Lakhs with an idea of all around academic and clinical services besides development of skill confidenc of veterinary graduates in view to enterpreneurship.

Besides, Physiotherapy unit is newre concept in treatment practices of animals at hospital.
